reasonable endeavors to correct the defect

of any claim for direct loss or damage arising from our
Services will be limited to the fees paid by you for the
Services giving rise to the claim

the other party. If you terminate these Terms, you will be liable to
pay for any Services provided up to the date of termination. If we terminate
these Terms, we will refund any fees paid in advance for Services not provided.
Governing Law
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms shall
be settled and adjudicated exclusively by the courts of Kerala in accordance
with the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by posting updated
terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes
to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any specifications agreed between us,
constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to our Services
and supersede all previous agreements and understandings between us.
